海岸带无论对地球生态与气候的调节还是对人类经济与社会的发展．均起到举足轻重的作用。我国海岸带的水环境和水污染控制以及水体修复技术和法制化管理等问题值得关注。

The coastal zone plays an important role in economic development,however the coastal water quality has worsened due to strong human activities.In this article,current situation of coastal water pollution is described,and integrated control measures recommended.
