异甘草酸镁治疗药物性肝炎过程中IL-6和PCT的变化

Changes of IL-6 and PCT in drug-induced liver inflammation treated by magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate

目的分析异甘草酸镁注射液治疗药物性肝炎(drug-induced liver inflammation,DILI)过程中IL-6和PCT的变化,探讨IL-6和PCT对病情及预后判断的影响。方法收集31例DILI患者清晨空腹静脉血,用罗氏免疫分析试剂盒检测异甘草酸镁用药前后IL-6和PCT的变化。结果异甘草酸镁治疗DILI前后IL-6和PCT的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异甘草酸镁能明显改善DILI患者的肝功能,IL-6和PCT可以作为判断其疗效的有效血清学指标。

Objective To analyze the changes of IL-6 and PCT in drug-induced liver inflammation （DILI） treated by magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate, and investigate the role of IL-6 and PCT in the judgement of treament and prognosis. Methods The fasting venous blood of 31 patients with DILI were collected, and the changes of IL-6 and PCT were ana- lyzed by Roche immunoassay test kit before and after the treatment by magnesiumi soglycyrrhizinate. Results Differ- ences of IL-6 and PCT in 31 patients before and after the treatment by magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate were statistically sig- nificant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate can significantly improve liver function in patients with DILI,IL-6 and PCT can serve as effective serological markers to determine efficacy.
