Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and stem cell factors in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease

炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一种可累及全身原因未明的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,包括溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)和克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD),其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,且多为青壮年发病,并发症多。间充质干细胞联合干细胞因子治疗炎症和自身免疫疾病是一个新兴的领域,在不久的将来或许可以为IBD的治疗提供新的机会。本文就间充质干细胞联合干细胞因子治疗IBD作一概述。

Inflammatory bowel disease （IBD） is a kind of chronic nonspecific intestinal inflammatory diseases which the cause is not clear, including ulcerative colitis （UC） and Crohn＇ s disease （CD） , the morbidity has an upward trend mostly to young adults. Mesenchymal stem cells combined with stem cell factors in treatment of inflammation and autoim- mune diseases is a new field, may provide new opportunities for the treatment of IBD in the near future. Mesenchymal stem cells combined with stem cell factors in treatment of IBD were reviewed in this paper.
