改良Stimson法治疗成人肩关节脱位 被引量:5

摘要 目的 介绍和推广改良Stimson法治疗成人肩关节脱位。方法 对21例成人肩关节脱位应用改良Stimson法进行复位。结果 21例获得3~8个月的随访,应用JOA评分标准评价:优20例,良1例。结论 采用改良Stimson法治疗成人肩关节脱位简便、成功率高、无并发症,应大力推广应用。
