摘要
目的:研究ATP结合盒转运体A1(ABCAl)基因M883I多态性与动脉粥样硬化(AS)的相关性。方法:计算机检索CNKI、万方数据库、VIP及Medline、PubMed、Web of Science数据库,收集中国人群ABCAl基因M833I多态性与AS相关性的病例对照研究或队列研究,检索时间从建库至2014年4月30号。在评价纳入研究质量并提取有效数据后,用Stata12.0软件进行meta分析,计算OR值及95%CI,并评价分析结果的可靠性与稳定性。结果:16篇文献最终纳入研究,累积AS患者4 985例,对照人群14 286例。森林图显示,在高加索人群中,病例组M等位基因频率显著高于I等位基因(OR:0.87,95%CI:0.78~0.96,P〈0.05),而在亚洲人群中,中国汉族人群(OR:1.05,95%CI:0.79~1.41,P〉0.05)以及其他民族人群M等位基因较I等位基因(OR:1.15,95%CI:0.99~1.33,P〉0.05)均没有显著性差异。结论:在高加索人群中,ABCAl基因M883I位点多态性与AS的发生有显著相关性,而与亚洲人群AS的发生则没有相关性。
Objective:To evaluate the association of ABCA1 gene M883I polymorphism with the susceptibility to atherosclerosis (AS). Method: Relative literatures were fully searched and screened from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Medline, PubMed and Web of Science before April 30, 2014. The pooled OR and its 95%CI were calculated, and the evaluation of the reliability and stability of the results were performed through meta-analysis by Statal2.0 software. Result:Sixteen literatures containing 4 985 cases and 14 286 controls were included, results from meta-analysis showed that significant association were observed between the ABCA1 gene M883I polymorphism and AS in the population of Caucasians (OR: 0. 87, 95%CI: 0. 78--0.96, P〈0.05), but there was no significant correlation in the Asians, neither in Chinese Han population (OR : 1.05, 95% CI : 0.79-- 1.41, P〈0.05), nor in other ethnic groups (OR: 1.15, 95%CI: 0. 99--1.33, P〈0.05) . Conclusion:There is no correlation between M883I polymorphism at the ABCA1 gene and atherosclerosis in Chinese Han population as well as other ethnic groups in Asia, but a significant correlation in Caucasians.
