This paper made an introduction to the Automatic Plotting System of Regional Important Weather Element Chart of Guangxi that was developed by VB 6.0 language programming and has been put into operation. It stated the basic functions, key points of the programming technology and its prospect of popularizing and application of this system. The putting into operation of this system puts an end to the manual plotting and increases the modernization level of meteorological operation services in Guangxi.
