摘要
目的:总结新生儿持续胎儿循环的超声图像特点。方法:应用PHILPS CX50临床超声诊断仪,行常规新生儿超声心动图检查,重点观察大动脉短轴切面、剑下双房切面及心尖四腔心切面。结果:11例患儿超声表现为:大动脉短轴切面可见由肺动脉向降主动脉分流的蓝色血流信号;三尖瓣可见中到大量反流血流信号;右心系统增大;频谱多普勒可估测肺动脉收缩压及舒张压。结论:超声心动图检查能准确诊断新生儿持续胎儿循环,指导临床救治工作。
Objective.. To summarize the echocardiography characteristics of the fetal circulation in the new- born. Method: PHILPS CX50 clinical ultrasound diagnostic apparatus was used to take routine neonatal ultrasound beckoning graph examination,including short axis view of aorta, subcostal double atrias view and apical four chamber view. Result:From ultrasound images of 11 children through the short axis view of aorta,we found blue blood flow signals by the pulmonary artery to the descending aorta shunt, tricuspid regurgitation in large amounts, and right heart enlargement. Spectral Doppler could estimate pulmonary artery systolic pressure and diastolic pressure. Conclusions .. Echocardiography can accurately diagnose persistent [eta| circulation in neonates and guide the clinical treatment.
