基质金属蛋白酶与颅脑损伤研究进展
摘要
颅脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)病理反应包括直接损伤和继发性损伤,均可破坏神经血管单元(neurovascular unit,NVU)的结构和功能完整性[1],从而导致一系列的中枢神经系统(central nervoussystem,CNS)功能紊乱和结构变化。
