Clinical experience of application of biovalve in valvular heart disease

目的 总结生物瓣在心脏瓣膜病应用的临床经验.方法 回顾性研究分析我院2010年1月至2013年10月178例心脏瓣膜病患者应用生物瓣的临床资料,其中二尖瓣置换75例,主动脉瓣置换52例,二尖瓣、主动脉瓣置换41例,三尖瓣置换10例.结果 术后30 d内死亡2例,余176例患者均痊愈出院.随访12～32个月,无心源性因素死亡,心功能恢复到Ⅰ～Ⅱ级.结论 应用人工生物瓣膜置换术治疗心脏瓣膜病是安全、可靠的,术后不用长期抗凝治疗,可取得满意的近、中期疗效.

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of biological valve replacement in patients with heart valve disease. Methods A retrospective study of clinical data were analyzed in our hospital from Jan 2010 to Oct 2013. 178 patients with heart valve disease underwent biological valve replacement, including 75 mitral valve replacement, 52 aortic valve replacement, 41 mitral valve and aortic valve replacement, 10 tricuspid valve replace- ment were enrolled. Results Excluded 2 cases died, 176 patients were discharged, followed up for 12-32 months. There was no eardiogenic death, with heart function of grade I to II. Conclusion The application of biological valve in patients with heart valve disease is safe, and can achieve reliable short and mid-term effects.
