颅内动脉瘤破裂机制的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 颅内动脉瘤(intracranial aneurysms,IA)是由动脉管壁变薄、扩张所引起的动脉疾病。在组织病理学上,动脉瘤起源和生长的本质是血管壁内弹性膜消失,中膜变薄和随之而来的重塑及细胞外基质蛋白的降解[1]。在美国近5%的人口(约有1 500万人)每人至少有一个IA,这些IA每年约有0.2%(3万人/年)破裂从而导致蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)。
