摘要
我国核电调试领域标准已从零散、不完整、不系统逐步发展为较为完整和系统的调试标准体系,并形成了较为完善的核电调试标准体系表。首先对国内近10年核电调试领域标准建设情况进行了回顾,再结合核电调试的特点及国内现状,提出了对现有调试标准体系的修改建议,最后对核电调试标准存在的合理性和必要性提出了判定原则,为中国核电调试标准体系建设提供参考。
Inrec ent years, the Commissioningstandard system ofnuclcar power plant in china has changed from non-systemic, incomplete to systemie and complete, and commissioningstandardlist could cover the sdandard systembasically. Firsdy, the construction of nuclear power plant commissioning standard in recent 10 years in china is retrospected. And then combining withthe chracteristics of the nuclearpowerplant commissioningand the siatus in c hina, some suggestions ofmodity, the current commissioning sdandard system are Nven. Finally, the principles ofnecessity and reasonability to the existence ofcommissioningsdandard are proposed.
