结构性就业矛盾是当前我国高校毕业生就业中的核心问题。专业结构性失业是指因专业供需在结构比例上的失衡而导致的失业,其已成为理论界和实践界关注的焦点。应以招生批次、志愿填报方式以及培养过程的改革与完善为着力点,发挥计划与市场的不同功能,促进个人兴趣导向与社会评价导向的有机结合。提出通过纵向调控不同专业学科层次所培养人才的质量结构,横向调控不同专业学科内涵所培养人才的数量结构,实现高校培养人才的结构、数量与社会需求人才的结构、数量互动平衡,解决专业结构性失业问题。

The structural employment problem is the core issue of college graduates in the employment of China currently. We mean professional structural unemploymen that the unemployment caused by the umbalance between supply and demand, which has become the focus in theorists and the practice circle. We should reform and improve the recruitment batch , the voluntary seclecting methods and training process. Play different functional of planning and market-oriented to promote the combination of personal interests and social evaluation. Regulate the quality structure of talent in different levels of professional subjects longtiudinally, regulate the quantity structure of talents on connotations of different levels of professional subjects transversely, we should bring about an interactive balance about structure and quantity of talent training in college and the demand from society, which promotes to solve the unemployment dued to professional structure.
