基于循环工况的纯电动汽车驱动电机参数优化 被引量:17

摘要 通过对新欧洲循环工况(New European Driving Cycle,NEDC)的分析,指出了传统方法匹配的电动汽车驱动电机高效区未得到充分利用的问题。提出了基于循环工况的驱动电机参数优化方法,推导了当电机额定参数改变时,新电机效率Map的计算过程。优化结果显示NEDC工况下驱动电机工作点与电机高效区的匹配情况有所改善,电动汽车的续驶里程提高了8.9 km,同时整车动力性也得到了提高,表明基于循环工况的驱动电机优化方法对于提高电动汽车续驶里程是有效的。 Through the analysis of NEDC, the paper pointed out that the high efficiency area of electric vehicle drive motor was under utilized by using traditional matching methods. A method for drive motor parameter optimization based on driving cycle was proposed. When the rated parameters of drive motor change, a new motor efficiency map was calculated. Optimization results show that the matching between NEDC operating points and the motor high efficiency area improves.The driving range of electric vehicle increases 8.9 km, and vehicle dynamic performance also enhances, which proves that the parameter optimization method for drive motors based on driving cycle is effective to improve the driving range of electric vehicles.
