摘要
根据2013年ACCF/AHA心力衰竭管理指南,心力衰竭被定义为,因心室充盈或射血的任何结构或功能受损所致的一种复杂的临床综合征。主要的电生理变化以及心力衰竭时心律失常的机制取决于心力衰竭发生的原因[1]。电生理改变的基本物质不同,心律失常发生的机制也不同,这使得心力衰竭时心律失常的治疗十分困难,
