老年冠心病患者血清缺氧诱导因子-1α和血红素氧化酶-1水平的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨老年冠心病患者血清缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和血红素氧化酶-1(HO-1)水平的变化和意义。方法:选择经冠状动脉造影确诊的老年(年龄>60岁)冠心病患者134例,其中急性心肌梗死患者32例(AMI组)、不稳定型心绞痛患者68例(UAP组)、稳定型心绞痛患者34例(SAP组);选择冠状动脉造影示冠状动脉正常的老年患者42例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定所有入选对象的血清HIF-1α、HO-1的水平。采用相关分析HIF-1α和HO-1与老年冠心病患者的相关性。结果:AMI和UAP组患者血清HIF-1α、HO-1明显高于SAP组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。AMI组血清HIF-1α、HO-1水平高于UAP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SAP组血清HIF-1α、HO-1水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对老年冠心病患者血清HIF-1α、HO-1水平做相关性分析显示两者呈正相关(r=0.48,P<0.05)。结论:老年冠心病患者随着心肌缺血严重程度的增加体内HIF-1α及HO-1表达水平增高,HIF-1α及HO-1在老年冠心病的发病中有重要意义。 Objective: To observe the changes of serum hypoxia-inducible factor-lα( HIF-1α) and heme oxygenase-1( HO-1) in elderly patients with coronary heart disease( CHD). Methods: 134 elderly patients( age 60 years) with CHD diagnosed by coronary artery angiography( CAG) were divided into 3groups: acute myocardial infarction( AMI) group( 32 cases),unstable angina pectoris( UAP) group( 68 cases),stable angina pectoris( SAP) group( 34 cases). In addition,42 elderly patients with normal coronary arteries were chosen as the control group. The serum level of HIF-1α and HO-1 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA),and the relationship between the serum of HIF-1α and HO-1 was analyzed. Results: Compared with the SAP and control group,the serum levels of HIF-1α and HO-1 were significantly higher in AMI and UAP group( P〈0. 05),and the serum levels of HIF-1α and HO-1 in AMI group were significantly higher than those in UAP group( P〈0. 05). No significant difference was found in the serum levels of HIF-1αand HO-1 between SAP and control group. There was a positive correlation between the serum levels of HIF-1αand HO-1 in elderly patients with CHD( r = 0. 48,P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The serum levels of HIF-1α and HO-1 increase with the severe degree of myocardial ischemia increasing in elderly patients with CHD. The HIF-1α and HO-1 have important mechnism in the elderly CHD patient.
