摘要
目的:研究体检者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平和脉搏波传导速度(PWV)之间的相关性。方法:体检者797例,收集病史,测定生化指标及血浆Hcy水平,应用动脉硬化检测仪自动测量肱踝动脉脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)、颈股动脉脉搏波传导速度(cf PWV)和血压。根据血浆Hcy水平分为高Hcy组(Hcy≥14μmol/L)和正常Hcy组(Hcy<14μmol/L),分析两组间脉搏波传导速度的关系。结果:高Hcy组ba PWV、cf PWV均显著高于正常Hcy组(P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示,ba PWV、cf PWV分别均与年龄、体质量指数、Glu、Cr、UA、TG、TC、LDL-C、Hcy水平、收缩压、舒张压及心率呈正相关(均P<0.01)。多元线性回归也显示ba PWV、cf PWV的独立影响因素是年龄、Glu、UA、Hcy水平、收缩压、舒张压及心率(P<0.05)。结论:血Hcy水平与ba PWV、cf PWV有相关性。
Objective: Study of relationship between pulse wave velocity and plasma homocysteine in examination persons. Methods: We collect disease history in 797 health examination persons. The serum concentration of biochemical indicator,homocysteine were measured in each person. Automatic pulse wave velocity measuring system was applied to measure brachical-ankle artery PWV and carotid-femoral PWV. The persons were divided as two categories: hyperhomocysteinaemia group and normal level homocysteine group. Pulse wave velocity were analyzed in each group. Results: The brachical-ankle artery PWV( baPWV) and the carotid-femoral PWV( cfPWV) were higher in hyperhomocysteinaemia group than normal level homocysteine group( P〈0. 01). After analysis of correlation and multiple linear regression models revealed baPWV and cfPWV positively correlated with serum concentration of homocysteine( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: The baPWV and cfPWV are positively correlated with serum concentration of homocysteine.
