血浆同型半胱氨酸、催乳素水平与帕金森病及帕金森病痴呆相关性分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、催乳素水平与帕金森病(PD)及帕金森病痴呆(PDD)的相关性。方法选择门诊及住院的PD非痴呆患者(PD组)35例、PDD患者(PDD组)35例及门诊健康体检者(对照组)35例为研究对象。采用简明智能状况评价量表(MMSE)评估患者痴呆严重程度,并检测3组受试者血浆Hcy及催乳素水平,分析Hcy及催乳素水平与PD及PDD的相关性。结果 PD组患者血浆Hcy水平显著高于对照组(t=6.259,P<0.05),血浆催乳素水平显著低于对照组(t=6.237,P<0.05);PDD组患者血浆Hcy水平显著高于PD组和对照组(t=6.832、11.533,P<0.05),血浆催乳素水平显著低于PD组和对照组(t=4.152、10.829,P<0.05);PDD组患者的MMSE评分显著低于对照组和PD组(t=5.925、5.818,P<0.05)。PDD组患者血浆Hcy水平与MMSE评分呈负相关(r=-0.782,P<0.05),血浆催乳素水平与MMSE评分呈正相关(r=0.694,P<0.001)。结论血浆Hcy水平升高是PD、PDD患者重要的危险因素,血浆催乳素水平降低可能是PD患者痴呆加重的原因。 Objective To explore the correlation of plasma homocysteine(Hcy) ,serum prolactin (PRL) levels with Par- kinson disease(PD) and Parkinson disease with dementia(PDD). Methods Thirty-five cases of PD patients without demetia (PD group) ,35 PDD patients (PDD group) and 35 cases of health examination people (control group) were collected as subject in this study. Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) was used to evaluate the dementia severity of the patieiits. Plasma Hcy and PRL levels of the three groups were detected and the correlation of Hey, PRL levels with PD and PDD were analyzed. Results Hcy level in PD group was higher than that in control group (t = 6. 259, P 〈 0.05 ) , plasma PRL level was lower than that in con- trol group ( t = 6.237,P 〈 0.05). Plasma Hcy level in PDD group was higher than that in PD group and control group( t = 6. 832, 11. 533 ,P 〈 0. 05 ) , while the plasma PRL level was lower than that in PD group and control group (t = 4. 152, 10. 829, P 〈 0. 05). The score of MMSE in PDD group was lower than that in control group and PD group( t = 5. 925,5. 818 ,P 〈 0.05 ). In PDD group the plasma Hcy level was negatively correlated with MMSE score ( r = - 0. 782, P 〈 0.05 ), while the plasma PRL level was positively correlated with MMSE score ( r = 0.694,P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion High level of Plasma Hcy is an important factor for PD and PDD, and the decreasing plasma PRL level may be the exacerbation cause of dementia in PD patients.
