在音响工程企业中,如果没有合理的软件系统进行全程管理,各环节往往不能有效协同,造成企业管理混乱。设计了一个以项目的全程管理为主线贯穿的音响工程项目管理系统,实现了项目联系人管理、联系人签订合同转为客户、客户管理和客户服务、项目合同管理以及项目施工管理等功能模块,实现了对项目各环节的有效整合,满足了音响类工程需要对客户全面服务的特定需求,优化了音响工程企业的项目管理流程。

In audio project enterprise, the information of each segment can not been coordinated if there is no proper soft- ware to business management. The system is realized in the management of project contactor, contract award, custom service and project construct, and all the segments are integrated effectively. The special requirement of overall custom service for audio project is achieved. The work flow for the audio enterprise is optimzed by the system proposed.
