摘要
针对模拟电路实际设计中,电子器件容易损坏的问题,研究了几种不同的吸收电路,通过在器件两端并联电容、电阻以及二极管等措施来改善其电压和电流尖峰脉冲,最后通过PSPICE仿真软件验证了理论分析的正确性。
According to the problem of electronic device being easy to damage in the design of the actual analog circuit, the paper studies on several different absorption circuit. The paper reduces the spike of voltage and current through parallel connection the capacitor, shunt resistance and diode at both ends of the device and other measures, and finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by the simulation software of PSPICE.
