摘要
激光驱动电流的稳定性是影响激光驱动器性能的重要参数,但激光驱动器的高电流值难以维持稳定。此外,驱动电流的范围应尽可能地宽以适用于不同种类的激光器。针对以上问题,文章以超辐射发光二极管(SLED)激光驱动器为应用实例,并采用闭环控制技术以保持驱动电流稳定,该系统能够产生4m A至200m A随外部电阻值变化的稳定的电流。
The stability of the laser drive current is very important for a laser driver, but the high current value is difficult to maintain stability. In addition, the range of the drive current is expected to be as wide as possible in order to be applied to different kinds of lasers. To solve above problems, set a superluminescent light emitting diode (SLED) laser driver as an example, using closed loop control technology to maintain stable drive current, the system can produce 4 mA and 200 mA change with the external resistance of steady current.
