Processing Techniques of the Blower Spaces with Thin Walls

摘要 挡风环是汽轮发电机转子的主要组成部件之一,由于挡风环壁厚较薄,刚性差,加工中易变形,所以精度控制难度较大。文章从工件装夹方式、吊运、加工工艺等方面入手,讨论如何减小挡风环的加工变形。 The blower space, became one of important parts of the turbine generator rotor. Because of the thin thickness, poor rigidity and easy to deform, it' s hard to control the processing precision. How to decrease its defor- mation during process of the blower spacer was discussed in the fields of clamping, hoisting of the work piece and pro- cessing technology.
