摘要
为了探讨南非肉用美利奴羊与甘肃高山细毛羊的杂交效果,试验分4组(I组:南非肉用美利奴羊×甘肃高山细毛羊♀F1(简称南甘F1)公羔;II组:南甘F1母羔;III组:甘肃高山细毛羊公羔;IV组:甘肃高山细毛羊母羔)对其6月龄屠宰性能和肉品质进行测定。结果表明:南甘F1羔羊宰前重、胴体重、净肉重、骨重均高于甘肃高山细毛羊,且杂交一代公羔最高(P<0.01);南甘F1公羔GR值和眼肌面积分别达1.67 cm和11.56 cm2;甘肃高山细毛羊公羔肉色评分最高,其次为南甘F1公羔,且显著高于南甘F1母羔和甘肃高山细毛羊母羔(P<0.05);失水率、p H1值、p H24值各组间均差异不显著(P>0.05);南甘F1公羔粗蛋白含量显著高于甘肃高山细毛羊母羔(P<0.05),其他各组间均差异不显著(P>0.05);甘肃高山细毛羊母羔粗脂肪含量显著高于杂交一代公羔和甘肃高山细毛羊公羔(P<0.05)。综上所述,南非肉用美利奴羊与甘肃高山细毛羊杂交后代羔羊肉用性能好,具有良好的推广应用价值。
In order to study the cross effect between South African Mutton Merino and Gansu Alpine fine wool sheep,the experiment animals were divided into 4 experimental groups(I:South African Mutton Merino ♂×Gansu Alpine Merino♀F1ram lamb;II:South African Mutton Merino♂ × Gansu Alpine Merino♀F1ewe lamb;III: Gansu Alpine Merino ram lamb;IV: Gansu Alpine Merino ewe lamb),and 10 lambs in 6-month-old randomly selected were slaughtered. The results showed that the slaughter weight,carcass weight,net meat weight and bone weight of South African Mutton Merino and Gansu Alpine fine wool sheep F1 lamb were higher than those of Gansu Alpine fine wool sheep,and South African Mutton Merino and Gansu Alpine fine wool sheep F1 ram lambs was the highest. GR value and loin eye area of F1 ram lambs reached 1.67 cm and 11.56 cm^2.The tenderness of F1 lamb was significantly lower than that of Gansu Alpine fine wool sheep(P〈0.05). the meat color score of Gansu Alpine Merino ram Lambs was the highest,followed by the F1 male lambs,and significantly higher than those of the F1 female lambs and Gansu Alpine fine wool sheep ewe lambs(P〈0.05)and F1 ewe lambs(P〈0.05). The slaughter rate,water loss rate,p H1,p H24 had no significant difference(P〉0.05)among four groups. The protein content F1 ram lamb was the highest,significantly higher than that of Gansu Alpine Merino ewe lambs(P〈0.05). The content of crude fat in Gansu Alpine Merino ewe lambs was the highest,significantly higher than those of F1 ram lambs and Gansu Alpine Merino ram lambs(P〈0.05). It was concluded that the meat performance of F1 was good.
