Understanding Comprehensively on "The Right Road to Solve the Ethnic Problems with Chinese Characteristics" :the Learning of the Central Work Conference on Ethnic Affairs and on Strengthening and Improving the National Work under the New Situation

中国特色解决民族问题的正确道路,形成于新民主主义时期的革命斗争,发展于社会主义建设的伟大实践,完善于改革开放和现代化建设的历史进程。习近平总书记在第四次中央民族工作会议上就民族工作的政治方向、制度设计、工作主题、精神纽带、民族关系五个方面的精炼概括,是中国特色解决民族问题的正确道路的基本内涵。这条道路的指导理论是中国化马克思主义民族理论体系。中国特色解决中国民族问题的工作模式与机制具有三个层次:第一个层次是国家层面的解决民族问题的工作模式与机制,第二个层次是解决重要民族地区民族问题(如西藏与新疆)的具体运行模式与机制,第三个层次是专门针对少数民族和民族地区发展问题的具体操作模式与机制。

Practice has proved that the Communist Party of China has formed a fight road in order to solve the different ethnic problems in the different historical period of the revolution,construction and the reform and opening up. This road is summarized as＂the fight road to solve the ethnic problems with Chinese char- acteristics＂.This paper tries to make an interpretation of the road. For example,how is the road formed？ What is the basic connotation？ What is the basic theory of guiding the road？ What is its working mode and mechanism？ This paper tries to offer answers to these four questions and to some extent ways to un- derstand comprehensively the meaning of＂the right road to solve the ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics＂.
