摘要
以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)和衣康酸(ITA)为原料合成了新型含磷阻燃剂9,10-二氢-10-(2,3-二羧基)丙基-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DDPO),采用傅立叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振分析和元素分析对目的产物的结构进行了表征。将其用作阻燃剂与聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)熔融共混,制备了阻燃PBT/DDPO共混物。对PBT/DDPO共混物的阻燃性、热性能和机械性能进行了研究。结果表明:DDPO对PBT基体树脂有很好的阻燃和增强效果。随着DDPO的加入量的增加,PBT树脂的LOI增大,从纯PBT的21.0%增加到31.2%;当DDPO的含量为15%时,共混物的阻燃性即可达到UL-94 V-0级。DDPO的加入使PBT树脂的拉伸强度和弯曲强度得到明显改善。
A phosphorous flame retardant 9,10-dihydro-10-[2,3-di(hydroxy carbonyl)propyl]-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DDPO) was synthesized from 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-l 0-oxide (DOPO) and itaconic acid (ITA). The structure of DDPO was confirmed by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 31p NMR and Elemental Analysis. DDPO was melted and blended with poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT) to prepare flame-retardant PBT/DDPO composites. The fire resistance behavior, mechanical properties and thermal properties of PBT/DDPO composites were investigated by LOI, UL-94 tests and thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that LOI values can increase from 21.0% for pure PBT to 31.2% for PBT/DDPO composite, and the composite can reach the V-0 classification in UL-94 test with 15 wt % DDPO, the tensile and flexural properties can be also improved remarkably.
