改进抗磨试验机测试润滑油添加剂性能研究

摘要 磨损是机械设备失效的主要原因,而添加润滑油是减小摩擦、降低磨损的主要措施。与此同时,如何更直观、更简单、更精确的测试一种润滑油的抗磨效果,成为人们关注的焦点。笨重、硕大、测试模糊是现有润滑油抗磨试验机的主要缺陷。针对以上缺陷,本文对现有的润滑油抗磨试验机进行了改进,用弹簧秤代替砝码,且在电机上安装转速表,并用改进的新型抗磨机对多种润滑油进行抗磨实验。结果表明,新改进的抗磨机可以定性、定量的分析润滑油的抗磨性能,即使是抗磨性能相差较小的润滑油也可以较准确地得出结果。 The wear is main reason to cause equipment failure, and adding lubricating additive is the effective measure to decrease the friction and wear. At the same time, how to directly and precisely test the anti-wear effect of lubricating oil has obtained more and more attention. The major shortcomings of existing anti-wear tester are heavy, large and inaccurate. In connection with the above shortcomings, the anti-wear tester has been modified by replacing weights with spring scales and installing the tachometer on the motor Then anti-wear effects of several lubricating oils containing different additives were tested by using the modified anti-wear tester. The results show that the modified anti-wear tester can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the lubricating oil anti-wear performance, even little differences between the anti-wear properties of different lubricating oils can also be determined.
