摘要
利用二氧化氮与氧气先进入混合冷却器移走部分热量后,再进入氧化塔与二甲基硫醚进行氧化反应生产二甲基亚砜,能降低氧化塔反应温度,减少副反应,提高氧化的收率,同时也提高了氧化塔的操作安全性。
In the synthesis process, nitrogen dioxide and oxygen were first mixed and transported into the cooler to remove partial heat, and then were transported into the oxidation tower to react with dirnethyl sulfide to produce dimethyl sulfoxide.The improved synthesis technique not only can lower reaction temperature of oxidation tower, reduce side reactions, improve the yield of oxidation, but also can improve the operation security of the oxidation tower.
