对甲醇精馏和二甲醚装置生产中的副产物杂醇油的处理进行了研究,通过利用公司现有设备,将精馏预塔改造成杂醇油浓缩塔,一方面解决了杂醇油浓度过低效益为负的情况,同时保证了公司污水处理装置的稳定运行。

The treatment process of byproduct fusel oil from methanol and dimethyl ether distillation plant was studied. Using our company＇s existing facilities, the pre-distillation tower was transformed into concentration tower of fusel oil; the problem that fusel oil concentration was too low could be solved, while the stable operation of the company＇s sewage treatment plant could be ensured.
