摘要
在油气田开采过程中,为增加油气产量,需将脱氧水源增注地层维持压力,以避免造成管道、设备的腐蚀。文章概述了油气田对注入水水质氧气含量要求,详细介绍了真空脱氧、催化剂脱氧、超重力脱氧和气提法脱氧的工艺流程及优缺点。通过比较,可以得出气提法脱氧,尤其是两级气提脱氧具有占地小、操作灵活、脱氧效果好等优点,更适合于海上平台未来发展需要。
In the process ofoil and gas expoitation, to increase oil and gas production, deoxidated water must be injected to stratum to keep the pressure to avoid pipeline and equipment corrosion. In this paper, the requirements of oxygen content of the injection water for oil and gas fields were summarized, process flows of vacuum deoxygenation, catalyst deoxygenation, super gravity deoxygenation and gas stripping deoxygenation were introduced as well as their advantages and disadvantages.Through comparing above several deoxygenation processes,it's pionted out the gas stripping deoxygenation process,especially the two-stage type process,has many advantages,such as small volume, flexible operation and good efficiency of deoxygenation, so it is more suitable for offshore platforms.
