摘要 铅是一种对人体有毒的重金属元素,可通过多种途径进入土壤。采用双硫腙分光光度法研究土壤中铅含量。以双硫腙为显色剂,在最佳条件下测定吸光度,利用标准曲线求出样品中铅含量。讨论了溶液p H、反应时间、络合剂用量等因素对吸光度的影响。 Lead is a toxic heavy metal to human body, and can enter the soil through various channels. In this paper, lead content in soil was determined by spectrophotometric method with dithizone. Dithizone was used as chromogenic agent, the absorbance was determined under the best conditions, lead content in the sample was obtained by using the standard curve. At last, the influence of solution pH, reaction time, complexing agent dosage on the absorbance was discussed.
