摘要
良性前列腺增生(BPH)是引起老年男性排尿障碍的常见疾病.本研究在雌雄激素诱导大鼠前列腺增生模型基础上,探究丹参酮IIA与雷洛昔芬联合用药对大鼠前列腺增生的防治作用.结果表明,与模型组相比,丹参酮IIA与雷洛昔芬联合用药显著抑制大鼠前列腺体积增大,降低前列腺指数,同时减少前列腺上皮和间质细胞中雄激素受体(AR)和雌激素受体α(ERα)的表达;与单独用药组相比,联合用药的治疗作用显著优于单独用药.提示,在大鼠前列腺上皮和间质细胞中,丹参酮IIA与雷洛昔芬联合用药可能通过同时降低细胞中AR和ERα表达抑制细胞增殖.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) is a common urinary disorder in elderly men. We estab- lished a rat BPH model induced by estrogen/androgen and explored the prevention and treatment effects of the combination of tanshinone IIA and raloxifene on rats BPH. The results showed that the combination of drugs could significantly inhibit the increase of rat prostate volume and prostatic index, decrease the expression of AR and ERa in the prostate epithelial and stromal cells in rat BPH tissue compared with the model group. The ther- apeutic effect of the combination drugs was better than the single medication. These results suggest that the combination of drugs may inhibit the growth of prostate epithelial and stromal cells via reducing the expression of AR and ERa in rat BPH tissues. This may be the important mechanism by which the combination of drugs in- hibiting the development of BPH in rats induced by estrogen/androgen.
