热处理炉是高压气瓶生产线的重要组成部分,其控制精度对气瓶质量影响很大,介绍了步进梁式高压气瓶热处理炉控制系统的组成和控制功能,详细阐述了PLC与智能仪表结合完成系统自动控制的思想和方法。
The thermal treatment furnace is an important part of high pressure gas cylinder production line. Its control precision has a great influence on the quality of the high pressure gas cylinder. In this paper, the author introduces the composition and control function of walking beam type high pressure gas cylinder thermal treatment furnace control system and expounds on the thinking and method of completing automatic control of the system by combining PLC and intelligent instruments.
