陶瓷坯体底部除釉装置的研制与应用

摘要 为解决原来陶瓷坯体底部除釉采用手工方法的问题,研究利用两条平面输送带,向同一方向作差速运动的原理,实现对陶瓷坯体底部进行自动除釉。该装置具有结构巧妙、制造简便、造价低、工作效率高的优点,可广泛应用于日用陶瓷的盘、碗、杯、碟、壶等制品坯体底部除釉,同时还适用于小型的陈设艺术瓷瓶、坛、罐、缸等制品坯体底部除釉。 This article is on purpose to apply automatic deglazing set to resolve the problem that ceramic-bodied bottom should be manually deglazed in the past days. The working principle of the set researched in this article is to use two flat conveyer belts towards the same direction with different speeds, to realize the deglaze robotization of ceramic-bodied bottom. This kind of set is of advantages of artistic designed structure, convenient manufactured, low cost and high efficiency. It is capable to be widely applied ceramic commodities deglaze like plates, bows, cups, dishes and kettles, and also suitable for bottom deglaze of artwork bottles, jars, canisters and pot.
