地铁移车台电气系统技术改造

摘要 针对地铁移车台存在问题,对其进行了PLC控制系统及变频调速的改造。采用SFC编程方法设计移车台控制程序,程序设计方便,可读性好。变频调速技术的应用使移车台工作平稳可靠,提高了移车对轨作业效率。 In order to solve the existing problems of Tranverse mobile platform,the PLC control system and frequency conversionis are reformed. Using SFC programming method to design the control system, the practice showed that the scheme has characteristics of convenient design and good readatility.The application of frequency-conversion speed-regulation makes the mobile platform work steadily and reliably, the working truck paral el shifting between the rails becomes very ef icient.
