摘要
通过典型的数控车零件的工艺分析,引出椭圆轴加工工艺分析、斜椭圆宏程序的编制及夹具的结构设计,充分考虑每一道工序的装夹问题,制定合理的加工工艺,达到便于装夹、便于加工、便于测量和保质保量的目的。
In this paper, through analysis of typical technology of numerical control lathe parts structural design leads to establishment and fixture elliptical axis machining process analysis, oblique ellipse macro program, fully consider the clip problem every process of the equipment, to develop a reasonable process, to facilitate the clamping, convenient processing, convenient measurement and the quality and quantity of purpose.
