摘要
庞巴迪CX-100型电客车属于城市轨道交通车型的一种,目前被广泛使用在机场、旅游观光线路。由于CX-100型电客车为进口列车,国内该车型的资料存在较多空缺,致使该列车在质保过后的维护存在较大难度。结合日常故障报警、故障处理与分析,成功解析了CX-100车型的门阻塞功能原理,将门阻塞故障的处理时间由3小时缩短至0.5小时,提高了工人作业效率。同时,列车门阻塞功能设计理念为国内城市轨道车辆车门安全装置的设计提供了参考。
The Bombardier CX-100 type electric passenger train is one of metro train. So far,it is widespread used at airport and tourist routes because of its specialty. Due to the CX-100 is imported train, and lack of information in the domestic, which makes the maintenance of CX-100 difficult after the warranty. Combining with fault alarm, fault processing and analysis, this paper successfully parsed the CX-100 car door block theory, which makes the time of fault process reduced to 0.5 hours from 3 hours, improve the efficiency of the workers. And then, the design concept of door block function makes the references to the design of domestic urban rail vehicle door I safety device.
