藏药对模拟低压舱下大鼠血中胃泌素、胃动素水平的影响

The Changes of Gastrin And Motilin Exposed to Hypobaric Hypoxia by The Effections of Tibetan Medicine in Rats

目的:探讨不同藏药对模拟低压舱下大鼠血中胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(m LT)水平的影响。方法:大鼠由兰州到达西宁后,随机分为五组,即正常对照组、高原对照组、十五味黑药丸组、智托洁白丸、十一味甘露丸(每组各10只),经相应干预后,颈动脉取血。所有标本采用放射免疫法测定GAS、MTL水平。结果:血清GAS:十五味黑药丸组、智托洁白丸组及十一味甘露丸组与正常对照组及高原对照组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。血浆MTL:十五味黑药丸组与正常对照组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。智托洁白丸组及十一味甘露丸组与正常对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.001)。十五味黑药丸组与高原对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.001)。但智托洁白丸组及十一味甘露丸组与高原对照组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:十五味黑药丸、智托洁白丸及十一味甘露丸不影响血清GAS水平,说明这三种藏药对胃黏膜的保护作用与GAS关系不大。十五味黑药丸可致MTL水平增加,说明十五味黑药丸可通过增加MTL的分泌,改善胃及小肠的协调性,促进胃肠运动。

Objective： To investigate the changes of serum gastrin（GAS） and plasma motilin（MTL） by the effections of Tibetan medicine when exposed to hypobaric hypoxia in rats.Methods： The rats were transported from Lanzhou to Xining,and divided into five groups,every group have ten rats.The control group,the high altitude control group,the Shi Wu Wei Hei Yao Wan pill group,the Zhi Tuo Jie Bai Wan pill group and the Shi Yi Wei Gan Lu Wan pill group,after intervention,checking the levels of serum GAS and plasma MTL with the methods of radio immunoassay,comparing the concentration of GAS and MTL in this five groups.Results： GAS： Compared with the control group and the high altitude control group,the levels of GAS had no statistical difference（P〉0.05） compared with control group.MTL： Compared with the control group,the levels of the Shi Wu Wei Hei Yao Wan pill group had no statistical difference（P〉0.05）.The Zhi Tuo Jie Bai Wan pill group and the Shi Yi Wei Gan Lu Wan pill group had statistical difference compared with the control group（P〈0.001）.Compared with the high altitude control group,the levels of the Shi Wu Wei Hei Yao Wan pill group had statistical difference（P〈0.001）.The Zhi Tuo Jie Bai Wan pill group and the Shi Yi Wei Gan Lu Wan pill group had no statistical difference compared with the high altitude control group the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： The Shi Wu Wei Hei Yao Wan,the Zhi Tuo Jie Bai Wan and the Shi YiWei Gan Lu Wan had no effect on the levels of serum GAS.There had no contaction with those tibetan medicines protectoin gastric mucosa.The Shi Wu Wei Hei Yao Wan can rise the levels of plasma MTL.The Shi Wu Wei Hei Yao Wan may increase the levels of plasma MTL,to improvement of gastric and intestinal coordination and promote gastrointestinal movement.
