摘要 采油生产过程中或多或少含水,Petrobras三相IPR曲线在实际生产产能预测中应用广泛;但Petrobras在采用流压加权法预测IPR曲线时,当产液量大于最大产油量时,产液量的预测均采用近似处理,不仅会给预测结果带来误差,而且也破坏了加权平均法的原则。为此,根据Vogel方法具有不论地层压力高低、产油指数大小,油井流入动态关系均符合这一曲线规律的特性,采用补偿法绘制出了井底压力小于零部分的曲线,为流压加权平均法能在全产量范围内加权平均提供基础,得到了一种新的精确计算方法,使Petrobras三相流IPR曲线预测方法更加完善,并最终给出了计算实例进行说明。 As more or less water exists in the production process, Petrobras three phase IPR curve of oil well is widely used in the prediction of production capacity, but when the liquid producing capacity is greater than the maximum oil production, the prediction of liquid production based on the Petrobras flow pressure weighted average method are calculated by approximate treatment. Not only the prediction results may be introduced error, but also the weighted average law principle is destroyed. Therefore, according to the Vogel method has the characteristics of no matter how much the formation pressure or oil production index is, the inflow performance relationship arc in line with this curve, this paper draws the part of the curve that the bottom hole pressure is less than zero by using com- pensation method. It provides the basis for using weighted average in the yield range by the flow pressure weighted average method, a new method of Petrobras three phase flow IPR curve prediction method is obtained and it is more perfect, finally a calculation example is given to illustrate.
