摘要
为了解决高Al2O3含量综合炉料透气性较差和熔滴特征S值较高的问题,通过对提高烧结矿中的Mg O含量和在球团矿中配加Mg O含量的方法进行研究,结果显示合理配置Mg O含量后最高压差由1.70 k Pa分别降低到1.63 k Pa和1.33k Pa,特征S值由141 k Pa·℃分别降低到100 k Pa·℃和99 k Pa·℃,改善了综合炉料的透气性、熔滴特征S值等熔滴特征参数;且在球团矿中配加Mg O含量对综合炉料熔滴特性的改善程度要优于提高烧结矿中的Mg O含量。此外,还对综合炉料的初渣进行研究,得出了综合炉料的熔滴特性的改善与初渣的矿物组成没有关系,主要是由于初渣化学成分的变化而产生的。
In order to solve the problem of poor permeability and high S value of high Al2O3 content of burden, the article researched the methods of increasing the MgO content in sinters and adding the MgO content in pellets, the results showed that the highest pressure from 1.70 kPa reduced to 1.63 kPa and 1.33 kPa,the S value from 141 kPa ·℃ reduced to 100 kPa ·℃ and 99 kPa ·℃. The typical softening and melting parameters of comprehensive furnace burden were improved, Compared with the increase of MgO content in the sinter, the increase of MgO con- tent in the pellet can improved the softening and melting characteristic more effectively. Besides, This paper also studied the primary slag of comprehensive burden, it was concluded that the improved of softening and melting prop- erties of burden properties were none business of mineral compositions, were mainly due to the chemical composi- tion of primary slag.
