摘要 经过实地调研发现,快递终端配送员每天需要手动输入几百个收件人的电话号码,然后逐个进行短信或电话通知。为了减少他们的工作量,设计了一款首创的嵌入式手持设备。在数字字符识别算法上,改进了交线法,提出一种基于决策树的识别方法,速度快、准确度高。此装置以S3C2440为主控芯片的开发板作为硬件平台,Linux操作系统作为软件平台,CMOS摄像头作为输入来读取电话号码图像,LCD作为输出显示识别的号码和信息,然后通过RS232串口与GSM模块通讯来实现打电话、发短信的功能。此装置极大地提高了快递配送人员的工作效率,可促进快递行业健康发展。 After my actual investigation and study, express terminal distribution staffs need to enter manually hundreds of the recipient' s phone number every day, then text message or call up one by one. In order to reduce their workload, a pioneering embedded handheld device was designed. On the recognition algorithm of the charac- ters, a big improvement the basis of the original intersecting lines method was made, and a kind of recognition method was put forward based on decision tree, high speed and accurately. This device based on S3C2440 develop- ment board as the hardware platform, Linux operation system as software platform, and the CMOS camera as the in- put image to read the phone number, LCD as output shows identification information, then the ARM through RS232 serial port communication with GSM module to realize the function of the phone calls, and text messaging. This de- vice greatly improves the work efficiency to exoress delivery staffs, and can nromote the development of industry healthily.
