基于非等温动力学方法的加工次数对聚丙烯热分解机理研究

摘要 采用改进的非等温热重法研究了加工次数对某种牙刷用聚丙烯的热分解动力学的影响,采用拟合结果更为精确的迭代法计算热分解活化能,并结合36种动力学函数来判断加工次数对聚丙烯热分解的机理函数的影响。结果表明:随着加工次数的增加,聚丙烯的热分解活化能Eα逐渐减少;但热分解动力学机理函数不变。研究为塑料制品中是否回用料的定性定量判断提供了一种可能的手段。 Non-isothermal TG method was used to study the effect of processing times on the decomposition kinetics of PP used in toothbrush. The iterative procedure method with its better fitting results was employed to calculate the activation energy Eα. Integral method with 36 types of kinetic function was proposed to define the most probable kinetic function. The results showed that : with the increase of processing times, the decomposition activation energy Eα of PP gradually reduces, however, the most probable kinetic functions remain unchanged. Further, this study provides a possible method for qualitatively and quantitatively judging recycled plastic.
