摘要
研究了聚羧酸减水剂掺量对水泥砂浆强度、干燥收缩的影响。试验结果表明当聚羧酸减水剂掺量从0.15%增加到0.27%时:水泥砂浆的1 d抗压强度、1 d抗折强度分别增加10.6%、6.3%;水泥砂浆的1 d、60 d干燥收缩应变分别减少12.4%、5.4%。得到了水泥砂浆干燥收缩应变与聚羧酸减水剂掺量间的关系式。
It was researched that the dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizer influence on the strength and drying shrinkage of mortar. The results showed that dasage of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was added from 0. 15% to 0. 27% ,Accordingly,mortar's 1 d compressive strength and 1 d flexural strength increasesl0.6%, 6.3% respectively ;the drying shrinkage strain of 1 d ,60 d mortar were reduced by 12. 4% ,5.4% respectively. The formula on the relationship between the drying shrinkage strain and the dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was found.
