摘要
根据仿生学原理模拟反刍动物瘤胃微生态环境,以瘤胃源菌群作为菌种模拟瘤胃体外人工发酵培育,调控智能仿生瘤胃发酵器相关发酵工作条件,探寻仿生条件下发酵液活菌数、总脱氢酶活力(TDHA)、α-淀粉酶活力、α-葡萄糖转苷酶活力、异麦芽寡糖的变化规律。结果表明:其发酵产物既能保持高数量和高活性的活菌数,又能保持一定水平的功能性异麦芽寡糖生物活性物质,具有合生素产品的特征和优势。说明自行研制的智能仿生瘤胃发酵器具备体外人工发酵的良好性能和仿生学优势。
The study simulated ruminant rumen micro ecological environment from the view of bionics through control- ling related fermentation conditions of the intelligent bionic rumen fermentor and conducting extracorporal fermentation experiment with rumen sourced bacteria. Then the dynamic rule of bacterial counts, dehydrogenase activiy(TDHA), α- amylase activity, α-glucose glycosides enzyme activity, isomalto oligosacharide in fermentation liquor were explored. The results showed that, the fermentation products can keep bacterium high quantity and activity, also retain a certain level of functional isomalto oligosacharide bioactive substances, and possess the characteristics and advantages of synbiotics. These results indicated that this self-developed intelligent bionic rumen {ermentor could possess well performance and ad- vantages of bionics.
