山羊和绵羊GDF9基因FecG^E突变检测 被引量:3

Detection of the FecG^E mutation of GDF9 gene in goats and sheep

摘要 FecGE是巴西Santa Ines绵羊生长分化因子9(GDF9)基因编码区1 034位发生的G→T突变(G1034T),能引起排卵数和产羔数的增加。采用PCR-RFLP方法检测FecGE突变在26个山羊品种(文登奶山羊、辽宁绒山羊、济宁青山羊、贵州白山羊、板角山羊、成都麻羊、金堂黑山羊、古蔺马羊、大足黑山羊、南江黄羊、马头山羊、川东白山羊、关中奶山羊、内蒙古绒山羊、陕南白山羊、太行山羊、雅安奶山羊、圭山山羊、天府肉羊、云岭黑山羊、安徽白山羊、河南奶山羊、波尔山羊、安哥拉山羊、萨能奶山羊、努比山羊)和6个绵羊品种(湖羊、小尾寒羊、洼地绵羊、杜泊绵羊、黑萨福克、白萨福克)中的分布状态。结果表明:在所检测的26个山羊品种和6个绵羊品种中均未检测到FecGE突变。 FecGE mutation was a single base change (G1034T) at the coding region of exon of GDF9 gene in Brazilian Santa Ines sheep which leads to an increase in their ovulation rate and prolificacy. The aim of the present study was to de tect the distribution of FecG^E mutation of GDF9 gene in Wendeng Dairy, Liaoning Cashmere, Jining Grey, Guizhou White, Banjiao, Chengdu Ma, Jintang Black, Gulin Ma, Dazu Black, Nanjiang Yellow, Matou, Chuandong White, Guanzhong Dairy, Inner Mongolia Cashmere, Shannan White, Taihang, Yaan Dairy, Guishan, Tianfu, Yunling Black, Anhui White, Henan Dairy, Boer, Angora, Saanen Dairy, Nubian goats and in Hu, Small Tail Han, Wadi, Dorper, Black Suffolk and White Suffolk sheep by PCR-RFLP. The results indicated that the FecGE mutation of GDF9 gene was not detected in twenty-six goat breeds and six sheep breeds tested.
