团队合作护理方案在结肠癌根治手术患者中的效果

Effect of team cooperation nursing scheme on radical operation patients with colorectal cancer

目的探讨团队合作护理方案在结肠癌根治手术患者中的效果。方法选取结肠癌且行传统结肠癌根治术的患者167例作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组83例患者接受常规护理,观察组患者84例接受团队合作护理,比较两组患者的手术时间、出血量和术后苏醒过程的自主呼吸时间和睁眼时间;评价两组患者术后0、12、24、72 h疼痛程度;比较两组患者术后满意度。结果观察组患者手术时间及呼之睁眼时间均明显短于对照组,出血量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组患者0 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者的12、24、72 h的疼痛感明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意测评分布的差异和总满意率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团队合作护理方案不仅可以有效缩短结肠癌根治手术患者手术时间和呼之睁眼时间,减少术中出血量,缓解患者术后疼痛感,还可以有效地提升患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of team cooperation nursing scheme on radical oper- ation patients with colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 167 patients with colon cancer and underwent the traditional radical resection were choosen as the research object, which were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing mode of patients receiving the subjects, and 83 cases in the con- trol group received conventional nursing, while the observation group, 84 patients, with team work nursing. Operation time, amount of bleeding, postoperative recovery process of spontaneous breathing time and open- ing the eyes time and pain degree in the postoperative 0, 12, 24, 72 h between the two groups were com- pared; Satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and o- pening the eyes time of observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the amount of bleeding of observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, with statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there was no significant difference between the two groups of pa- tients with 0 h visual analogue scale （VAS） score （P 〉0. 05）, while 12 h, 24 h, 72 h pain degree of the patients in observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference is statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The distribution of satisfaction and the total satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The team cooperation nursing scheme applied to colorectal cancer radical surgery pa- tients not only can effectively shorten the operation time and opening the eyes time, reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation, relieve the postoperative pain feeling, also can effectively improve the patient＇s nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical popularization.
