综合护理配合盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗重症癌症患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing care with morphine hydrochloride zyban treatment of patients with severe cancer

目的探讨综合护理配合盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗重症癌症患者的临床效果。方法选取176例的重症癌症患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规重症护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予心理护理、疼痛护理、用药护理及健康指导、营造和谐的护理环境等综合化的护理工作。观察患者疼痛护理依从性及不良反应,统计患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组患者按时服药(89.8%)、汇报疼痛情况(90.1%)、担心副作用(86.4%)、担心成瘾(94.3%)、对护理满意度(96.6%)均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者盐酸吗啡副作用皮疹(9.1%)、便秘(10.2%)、呕吐(11.4%)、头晕(10.2%)、嗜睡(13.6%)的发生率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理配合盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗重症癌症患者的临床效果满意,值得推广。

Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing care with morphine hydrochloride zy- ban for treatment of patients with severe cancer. Methods Randomly selected 176 cases, divided into ob- servation group and control group. All patients in the control group were given conventional intensive care, observation group were given the basis of comprehensive nursing care in the control group, such as guide- lines, psychological nursing, pain nursing. Observing the patients＇s pain nursing compliance and statisticing patients satisfaction of nursing. Results Patients taking medicine on time report （89. 8% ）, pain （90. 1% ） , worry about side effects （86. 4% ） , worry about addiction （94. 3% ）, for the nursing satisfac- tion （ 96. 6% ） were significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Patients with morphine hydrochloride side skin rash （9. 1% ）, constipation （ 10. 2% ）, vomiting （ 11.4% ）, dizziness （ 10. 2% ） , the incidence of drowsiness （ 13.6% ） of observation group were significantly lower than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Clinical effect of comprehensive nursing care is good. It is worth popularizing widely in clinically.
