Application and nursing management of CO2 laser Phonomicrosurgery

目的探讨CO2激光技术在嗓音显微外科的临床应用及护理。方法通过对135例嗓音疾病患者实施CO2激光手术治疗并于术前进行了全面评估和心理护理，术中协助术者充分暴露术野并监测生命体征，术后细致观察病情和精心护理，尽可能减少或避免术后并发症的发生。结果135例患者术前、术中及术后心理状况良好，生命体征平稳，手术过程顺利，术中均未发生激光使用意外事件，患者出院时嗓音均有不同程度的恢复。结论CO2激光嗓音显微外科手术在嗓音疾病手术中具有明显的优越性和创新性，而良好的围术期护理对促进患者术后恢复起到关键的作用。

Objective To discuss the clinical application and perioperative nursing management of CO2 laser phonomicrosurgery. Methods A total of 135 laryngeal disease patients received systematically evaluation as well as mental care before CO2 laryngeal laser surgery. We helped surgeon to fully expose operative field and monitor vital signs during the surgical process. In addition, careful observation and nursing were necessary to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. Results Perioperative mental status of 135 patients were good, as well as steady vital signs and successful operation. None of them got laser accident during the surgical process. The laryngeal disease of all patients had different degree recovery when they discharged. Conclusions CO2 laser phonomicrosurgery has obvious superiority and innovation in the voice disorder surgery, and well perioperative nursing plays a pivotal role in the postoperative recover.
