丹栀逍遥散治疗更年期综合征

Danzhi Xiaoyaosan in treatment of menopausal syndrome

目的探讨运用丹栀逍遥散治疗更年期综合征的临床效果。方法选取2009年7月—2012年6月在我院门诊治疗的192例更年期综合征患者资料进行回顾性分析,采用常规方法和丹栀逍遥散治疗,总结治疗后的效果情况。结果对照组存在月经周期紊乱、血管舒缩综合症、精神、神经症状、生殖器变化、心血管变化等症状的发生率分别为83.6%、73.4%、70.5%、33.1%、26.5%,研究组相对应的症状发生率分别为10.7%、7.8%、7.0%、4.7%、4.7%,研究组患者的更年期综合征改善程度明显比对照组大,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;经过3个疗程治疗后,研究组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;治疗后本组患者的更年期综合征Kupperman评分均明显比治疗前低(P<0.05)。结论丹栀逍遥散可补肾调冲任、滋水涵木,疏肝解郁清热、调畅气机正切中其病机。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danzhi Xiaoyaosan in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 192 cases of menopausal syndrome patients in our clinic from July 2009 to June2012 were chosen. They were given conventional and Danzhi Xiaoyaosan treatment. The effects after treatment were summarized. Results The presence of menstrual cycle disorders,vasomotor syndrome,mental,neurological symptoms,genital changes,cardiovascular changes and other symptoms in the control group were 83. 6% incidence,73. 4%,70.5%,33. 1%,26. 5%,corresponding study group the incidence of symptoms were 10. 7%,7. 8%,7. 0%,4. 7%,4.7%,the improvement of menopausal syndrome in study group than the control group of patients was significantly obvious,P 〈0. 05,statistically significant; after three courses of treatment after the study group patients treated with total efficiency was significantly higher,P〈 0. 05,statistically significant; After treatment,the patients in this group Kupperman Menopausal Syndrome scores were significantly lower than before treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Danzhi Xiaoyaosan in the treatment of menopausal syndrome can supplying kidney,soothing liver,resolve depression and clear heat,adjustable qi factors for its pathogenesis.
