针药结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变80例

Treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine

目的观察针灸联合中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将160例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,在常规糖尿病的基础治疗上,治疗组选用针灸联合中药治疗,对照组肌肉注射弥可保,观察治疗前后两组患者的症状、体征及神经传导速度变化情况。结果治疗4周后治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为73.8%,2组总有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前后神经传导速度均较治疗前提高,并且治疗组提高明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变能够明显提高神经传导速度,减轻临床症状,明显优于单纯应用西药治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods The 160 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 80 cases in each group,based on routine treatment for diabetes,the treatment group was given acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the control group were observed before and after treatment with intramuscular injection of mecobalamin,sign and the nerve conduction velocity of two groups of patients＇ symptoms and changes. Results After 4 weeks treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5%,the total efficiency of control group was 73. 8%,the total efficiency of two groups were significantly different（ P 〈0. 05）. Two groups of patients before and after treatment to improve the nerve conduction velocity than that before treatment,and the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture？ combined with Chinese medicine treatment can obviously improve the nerve conduction velocity in diabetic peripheral neuropathy,relieve the clinical symptoms,superior to simply using western medicine treatment.
