Chinese medicine understanding of liver fibrosis

目的对近5年中医治疗肝纤维化文献进行分析,探讨肝纤维化的中医认识。方法检索近5年有关肝纤维化的文献,对肝纤维化病名、病因病机认识、治疗方法及近代相关研究几方面进行论述。结果中医多采用益气活血、软坚散结、清热利湿、解毒通络等方法治疗,多采用膈下逐瘀汤、龙柴方等方药治疗,取得了较好的疗效。结论经过大量实验研究发现,中医治疗肝纤维化主要是从体外抑制肝星状细胞活化或促进其凋亡;体内通过调节TGF-β/Smad信号通路抑制肝纤维化进程来实现的。

Objective To explore the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine of liver fibrosisthe by analysising literature for liver fibrosis of nearly 5 years. Methods Describe name of liver fibrosis disease,understanding of etiology and pathogenesis,treatment methods and the recent research by retrieving literature of liver fibrosis in nearly five years and related modern research aspects. Results Chinese medicine using tonifying qi and invigorate the circulation of blood,dissipate waste,clearing heat and wet,detoxification and unchoke collaterals etc. methods to treatment,under the diaphragm and remove stasis decoction,Longchai prescription etc. for treatment,have achieved good effects. Conclusion Through a lot of research on treatment of liver fibrosis discovered,Chinese medicine treatment of liver fibrosis mainly in vitro inhibition of hepatic stellate cell activation or promote their apoptosis; Internal of the body by adjusting the TGF-β / Smad signaling pathways inhibiting liver fibrosis process.
