The state and the society have placed high hopes on the CCS major projects , but it failed to produce a satisfactory report card. Foreign enterprises are efforts to suppress China＇ s CCS industry. Facing the domestic trouble and foreign invasion, China＇s CCS industry development is in a dilemma. Through in-depth analysis of the CCS industry development dilemma and the reasons, the article puts forward relevant suggestions, provides some decision-making reference to promote CCS industry development.
